What counts as an active listing?+
Any job posting where you’ve embedded the beforeApply widget. You can swap listings freely — close one, open another — as long as you stay within your plan’s concurrent limit. Pausing a listing frees up the slot immediately.
Is there a limit on candidate assessments?+
No. All plans include unlimited assessments. We never want you to worry about too many candidates using the tool — that’s the whole point.
How does the 14-day free trial work?+
Start any plan with full access for 14 days. No credit card required to begin. If you decide to continue, add payment before the trial ends. If not, your account simply pauses — no charges, no surprises.
Can I change plans later?+
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime. If you upgrade mid-cycle, we’ll prorate the difference. If you downgrade, the change takes effect at the next billing date.
